I-21-4743 - Elgin O'Hare Western Access (I-490) Roadway & Bridge Construction
The scope of the work shall consist of roadway and interchange construction, construction of the I-490 bridges over the Franklin Connector, ramp construction, local road improvements, retaining walls, drainage, installation of guardrail and barrier wall, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) infrastructure, toll plaza facilities, permanent roadway lighting, signing and pavement markings, erosion and sediment control, landscaping, fencing, earthwork, maintenance of traffic, and other miscellaneous construction
